KIL’s municipal culture school celebrates 60 years!! I am the proud composer who got the commission: a special piece for their huge student orchestra, including children’s choir, electric instruments and…everything. A fun, difficult and above all important mission. I am very honored, and was very much enjoying the anniversary day and the concert.
How could we composers move on without the younger generation taking care of our music?
I really hope that more municipal culture schools will follow KIL´s example! Thank you – you did well!!
