Thank you Cultural Council (Kulturrådet), Helge Ax:son Jonsson foundation and Writers Guild of Sweden (Dramatikerförbunet) for important financial supports on Tistou – a musical drama for the whole family. Finally, after many years of projecting, planning, promoting dear friend and collegue, librettist Kerstin Perski and I are beginning to see the light.
Our goal is to, via Kerstin Perski´s doctoral thesis end up with a beautiful poetic musical drama based on Tistou, green thumbs (Maurice Drone 1961). Hopefully with a premiere at Scenkonstmuseet in Stockholm September 2026.
