Composing music literally for the future: Our children.
A grand collaboration with The royal academy of Music, Swedish Society of composers, Folkoperan, Stockholm Saxophone Quartet. Adolf Fredriks Musikklasser among others. Lead by amazing project leader Jörgen Petterson, one of Swedens most important ambassadeur for making new music among with and for children and with and for adults. For people. For all of us.
My contribution to the project is a song alled ”Som solen och månen” (As the sun and the moon), which I created from verses and text fragments from young students at Adolf Fredriks Musikklasser, who also sung the piece together with wonderful conductor/teacher Lina Sandborgh and Stockholm Saxophone Quartet.
