When the commissioning choir loves to rehearse your work, the composer is happy. They sing about their, and our own lives. Neither more nor less. Mission completed. 50 minutes of new music on the beautiful lyrics by poet Olivia Bergdahl. Dedicated to the women’s choir YMNA, for whom I composed ”Äggen är slut”, 2017 (link to ”Äggen är slut” – dress rehearsal below)
Happy that they approached me once again with this new commission ”I need”.
